Hi there ! I'm Kate!

I have a passion to help others heal as naturally as we possibly can. I had many injuries and surgeries in the past.. I was put on many pain meds ... One day I realized I didn't want that.. I didn't need medicine to feel better.. I was going to take charge of my body and fix it.. naturally..


I have always had the drive to help.. if it was volunteer work, working with kids, or helping anyone in need. So.. as I taught myself what my body needed and helped my own personal self.. I began helping many others in need.


With a background in herbalism, western medicines, ancient herbal remedies, chakra healing , reike healing, and studying many other ways to heal ourselves ❤️. I offer this to you ! If you have any questions, problems, concerns, wants , or needs. Please feel free to post them here.
